1. Order Processing & Stitching Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear & Unstitched Fabrics: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order verification.
  • Custom Stitching & Bespoke Tailoring: Because our master tailors meticulously craft each garment to your exact measurements, tailored orders require 5 to 7 business days for precision stitching, quality inspection, and finishing before dispatch.

2. Delivery Durations

Once dispatched from our Faisalabad production hub, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Faisalabad & Lahore: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Major Urban Hubs (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Sialkot): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other Cities & Rural Regions across Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery across Pakistan is charged at a flat rate of PKR 250 per order. We are pleased to offer FREE Nationwide Delivery on all orders exceeding PKR 5,000.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your courier tracking number. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s portal.

5. International Deliveries

We proudly cater to international clients worldwide seeking authentic Pakistani craftsmanship. International deliveries are handled via DHL Express and FedEx.
