At SOOTSHOOT, your complete satisfaction is our foremost priority. We take pride in the exceptional quality of our fabrics and the precision of our tailoring. If you are not completely content with your purchase, we offer a transparent, customer-friendly return and exchange process.

1. 7-Day Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original packaging, product tags, and invoices must accompany the returned item.
  • Unstitched fabrics must not be cut or damaged in any manner.

2. Custom Tailored & Stitched Garments

Because bespoke garments are individually hand-cut and stitched to your unique personal measurements, standard returns are not applicable. However, we provide an exclusive Free Alteration Guarantee:

  • If the finished garment deviates from the measurements you submitted or contains a stitching defect, we will alter it free of charge or replace it.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your tailored suit to avail of complimentary alteration assistance.

3. Fragrances & Personal Accessories

Due to hygiene and quality standards, Attar, perfumes, and Islamic Kufi caps are eligible for return only if they remain unopened in their original, factory-sealed packaging, or arrived damaged during transit.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days via your preferred payout method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or store credit). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple and fast:

  2. Our team will share return dispatch instructions and return authorization.
  3. Pack the items safely and dispatch them via any trackable courier service to our outlet address.
