1. General Conditions
SOOTSHOOT reserves the right to refuse service, modify catalog offerings, or update these terms at any time. All products and tailoring services are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Product Accuracy & Fabric Specifications
We strive to display our fabrics, color swatches, and garments with the utmost visual accuracy. However, due to variations in monitor displays and screen color calibrations, slight nuances in shade may occur. All fabric cuts (e.g. 4-meter standard Shalwar Kameez suit lengths) are verified for full dimensions before dispatch.
3. Custom Tailoring Agreement
When selecting our custom stitching services:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing measurements or selecting standard size options (S, M, L, XL).
- Custom tailored orders cannot be canceled once fabric cutting and master-tailor assembly have commenced.
- We provide free alterations if the finished dimensions deviate noticeably from the measurements confirmed on your order.
4. Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as Direct Bank Transfers. For high-value custom tailored orders, partial advance payment may be required to initiate stitching.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, logos, photography, product descriptions, website design, and published content are the exclusive intellectual property of SOOTSHOOT and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
